Lance Lambert is a licensed home inspector in the State of Texas. He received extensive training and graduated from American Home Inspectors Training Institute, one of the top inspection schools in the country. He then went on to receive extensive field training by Master Home Inspector Don Stafford, of Stafford Inspections.

Inspectors are governed by the rules and regulations set by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). At Vista, we take pride in continuing education and professional training to keep up-to-date on the latest building components and inspection techniques.
