Repair Verification
Re-Inspections are optional and give home buyers an opportunity to double-check the condition of a
previously defective component that has been repaired or replaced. The inspector will focus only on the repairs that were agreed to, not re-inspect the whole house.
Stand Alone Repair Verification – $150.00 per hour
Lawn Irrigation/Sprinkler System
Sprinkler System Inspection will be conducted on every home inspection that has a system available. We will check controller, backflow preventer, sprinkler heads, and the functionality of each zone.
